How to Help
Donations
The Prostate Cancer Awareness Project is a registered
501 (c)(3) not for profit charity, FEIN 20-4509127. (Our registered name, however, is the Prostate Cancer Survivor Project.)

Our programs are exercise related and focus on building awareness of the critical need for early detection and treatment. Our events are structured to support the lifestyle changes that can help prevent prostate cancer and its recurrence.

The
PCAP has no full time staff, so 93% of your donation will go directly to prostate cancer awareness and survivor support.

You can support our efforts in a number of ways:

1) Most importantly, pass the word to the men in your network to begin testing at age 35 and to track test results year-over-year.
2) Forward the link for the
MyBikeInfo iPhone application at right to the cyclists in your network.
3) Make a donation through the Network for Good link at right.
4) Consider donating your old car to the PCAP for a tax credit. Just
Cars for Prostate Cancer or on the box in the right sidebar.
5) If you are a corporation, please consider supporting the creation of a Black Tire Affair® prostate cancer awareness event in your community. The cost is very small and we can connect you with a local bicycle club and retailer that will do all of the work.
6) Consider becoming an advisory board member and supporting us with your experience and network.

If you prefer to make a donation by sending a check, please use the address below. You are more than welcome to make a one time donation and we will not add you to our information list if you so request.
